His roots span Barcelona, Luxembourg and the United States, and his experience is complemented by years of experience in the UK, providing him with a unique perspective and a rich understanding of Barcelona and Europe’s diverse real estate landscapes.<\/p>

Josep has extensive experience in managing large professional teams and has honed his talent for providing exceptional service and outstanding results for his clients. Josep’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards in every aspect of his work is evident in his dedication to client satisfaction and the successful outcomes he consistently achieves.<\/p>

After attending the American School of Barcelona and the European School Luxembourg, Josep earned a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from Oxford University and a Master’s degree in Economics and Philosophy from the London School of Economics. His academic background, combined with his experience as an investment banker and private equity investor, has equipped him with a robust analytical skillset and a strategic approach to real estate. As the founder of a REIT in Barcelona and a venture capital investor in life sciences, Josep has a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and the complexities of property transactions.<\/p>

Josep excels at identifying opportunities and solving challenges for his clients, always prioritizing their needs and goals. His profound knowledge of the local rental market, combined with a vast network of collaborators, enables him to support a wide range of client needs, from residential property investments to navigating complex transactions.<\/p>

In his free time, Josep enjoys being with his three children and wife (fellow Managing Partner of The Agency Barcelona, Chi Wei Chin), staying active through workouts, playing music, and traveling to explore new places and cultures.
